Hello all,My girlfriend is trying to sell a property in Colombia and I was going to try to list it in the marketplace here.

Boston has been a strong and high absorption market historically meaning that properties come on and off the market very quickly because the abundance of qualified consumers in this marketplace.

Don't go cheap and try to furnish it using facebook market place second hand furniture.

There are some groups that will post on the Bigger Pockets market place but you'll find tons of them on Facebook.

Things to consider are which marketing sites they syndicate to, accounting functionality and if they have an attached marketplace for vendors.

In the meantime, I would just look to market your listings on any listings platforms such as apartments.com or facebook marketplace.
