I remember back when I had my license they drummed that into our head in school that you HAD to have all title holders sign the listing agreement.

This is a flipped property (vacant) in a college town and college signing for 2014-15 school year is now.

I took and passed the exam yesterday.The online practice questions from Allied Real Estate School prepared me fairly well as there weren't many surprises.My exam had 4 questions on estoppel, 1 math question, and a lot of questions on SAFE MLO requirements.
