Hello everyone, I recently learned that, because my tenants all happen to be students, my insurance company won’t cover the property because they don’t deal in “student housing.”Has anyone ever encountered this?

Just as an example, a lot of the sub-prime lending practices have ended, there are far fewer new homes being built throughout the country, and the people buying homes are using cash more than ever.

You probably don't do your own legal, accounting, plumbing, etc. so why on maybe the largest transactions of your life ever try to do it yourself.
