Alvaro, Most people buy the land with cash and then use it as collateral towards the construction loan.

I’m selling a house this month that I owe nothing on and I would like to use that money to build a new house on some land that I own.

Many can go with a CRM and create a few landing pages to bring in leads and not to have to create a full blown website

The good news is that once you've landed them as a tenant, they are very good tenants, pay on time ( usually in arrears) and stay for a long time.State agencies, or state funded agencies are a little simpler.

You are in the same boat as we down here in the Dallas, TX areas... rates and the base % of Deductables are going up! 

Then I’d sell the homes and switch to just land rent.
