I have ran into a couple firms like this and i wish it would stop, especially the removing of keys and miricaculous 5+ offers in a matter of hours from the list date!

When I click on the message that says I don't have enough posts it just goes away, maybe it should be set up so that an explination comes up describing that the board I am trying to view requires at least how ever may posts are required for that board to view it.

If you're outside the city in a McMansion in a subdivision on 1 acre lots, why aren't you in a rural McMansion outside the city on a 5-50 acre piece of land zoned agricultural, costing less in taxes and at the very least, leasing out horse boarding or commodity growing rights to another farmer?

I know I will get others to argue that paying all cash and owning property free and clear is the "safe" way to invest, and improves cash flow, but it also eliminates the power of leverage which is one of the greatest tools in RE investing.The key is to not over-leverage and to buy correctly.

Yes this is allowed, and I have had several realtors willing to play ball with me in these situations.The key is to have an option contract that includes language to let you do that.
