Have to be careful not to rely on businesses that will be displaced by the internet.- Hotels in the right market.

The saints at netronline.com (which is already the best site on the Internet for investors) buy the data from LA county monthly and add it to their site FOR FREE!!

I don't know the rule on that.Basically what I want to ask the community is if they've ever used this brokerage company that I came across on the internet.  

So get out there and network with members on the internet and real life!

I know its a sign of the times (and there are legalities involved) that the internet has "educated" tenants that they can be a-holes; but just be up-front, sympathetic, and face to face.
