I've learned more about business through Warren Buffet, Grant Cardone, the Internet, and BiggerPockets than what I learned almost 2 years in school.

Since I bought my 1st rental property before the internet, I used the newspaper and a local Tradin' Post classified advertiser.

So I hope to tackle this issue once and for all and if I am successful, this should be the most read blog post on the internet for new investors (brokers you can read it too; don’t worry we wont tell).

Thanks for the responses.Since posting, I've researched this topic further on the internet and referred to Warda.Conclusion:  Since it is a trust based upon common law and not specifically excluded under RCW it must be legal in this state by implication, provided the trust is formed in accordance with trust law.Observations:  The information provided in the link above, states '... a "Land Trust" is not an entity that can legally hold title to real property.' 

Im not looking to wholesale per say but so far my internet marketing has turned up more buyers than sellers.

The internet marketing aspect of the business is absolutely huge.  

Anyway I need guidance besides what I have read in books and on the internet and am looking for a Mentor in the business.So what I am asking is how do I find a mentor in investing and wholesaling who would be willing to guide me locally?  

After a month of searching the internet and reading RichDad PoorDad an countless other ebooks, I still lack education and what better place to gain knowledge than Bigger Pockets.

I don't want to just pick a name from an internet search.
