Four bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the interior, including a master suite with polished concrete floors and a wooden alcove perfect for applying make-up.

I haven't seen the interior so hopefully I can do some updates there.Like you said, I won't know too much about the seller's current situation.

This typically happens in the first years after construction and will cause the interior floor to slope down towards the walls.

Looking for some advice and opinions on if I I should go through with foundation repairs or not worry about it. other repairs needed are roof, and replacing some siding, and cosmetic work within the interior.

, concrete, floor joists, sheetrock, tape, mud, paint, romex, finish floor and interior trim...I use $7 tube sealant when I paint, and exterior paint @$38.

Saw a recent MLS listing for just shy of $60k (granted, in Sherman Hill) that was advertised as needing a full interior renovation.

I found I was not able to get enough air when I was carrying a solid core door upstairs and into a bathroom (yes 100 year old interior doors are solid core) with a mask on.

I don't remember but if it didn't have a kitchen and bath on each level,  adding that and adding appropriate interior doorways could net you a 'real' up/down duplex or if easier to permit that way just a home with ADU.
