I've met various scopes from vesting title to 150+ year land-patent research for the oil and gas/energy industry, as well as power and pipeline ROW (right of way).However, I've started researching some foreclosure title for myself and to help some flipper friends in return for investing advice.

Currently, I'm focusing on building capital, saving, and investing to have more cash on hand until my next project, so for now, I'm simply educating myself on tax codes, financial investing, syndications, accounting, and creative ways to get involved in real estate investing. 

I know all the steps to do it, time frames it takes, and various contractors needed due to working in the building industry for 20 years but would never jump this far in my first time building an investment home.

Yes because it's tough to make buildings cashflow right now, so all syndicators have to pitch is future appreciation. 

I will be doing this repeatedly to build my list of investment properties.
