But they won't allow a private individual to have a second separate bank account with a different account number.I'm being told that I shouldn't put my property into an LLC until it has no more loan obligations (I probably won't be alive that long).What should I do?

I bought a house with a fourplex on the property and we closed on the house (mortgage separation) and we owner financed the fourplex with a subject to clause until we could get the fourplex financial-able.

PECO will need to know the total BTU maximum load demand for all of the gas burning equipment to properly size the lines and meters; I would expect one big line from the street to the property to be sized to handle all BTU demands for all units, and then a split to let each unit get a line and meter sized to their individual needs.No way that anybody on the Internet is going to be able to tell you what this will cost.
