Customer service is nonexistent and when I finally did get a hold of someone it was the rudest woman I've ever talked to. 

As for the deal, the seller increases the sale amount for each year I don’t buy.

They're pretty available, can probably pick a blank up from a big apartment complex and customize to suit your needs.

After the first year, the lease amount in the agreement increases $50.  

However, this summer I noticed the water bill increased by 50%. 

Very stable customer base but its in female genre I don't particularly enjoy.

@Bruce Bloom Kinda hard to cash flow on preconstruction properties unless you sell your interest (to capitalize on an increase in price) or prefer to have your capital tied long-term (hoping that the developer finishes the project). 

- Annual Rent increase\decrease for the market. 

Major renovations are planned: new roof, new HVAC, tearing down walls to increase HLA, licensed contractors on the premises, and some earthwork around the house to prevent rainwater drainage going through the house foundation.Thank you in advance!
