My current investment endeavors are in wholesaling, however I aim for multi-family buy and holds as well as syndication.LMK if you know of any meetups already or tag anyone you know from the area!!!

Firstly LA is a great place to invest if you can swing the price tags (I couldn't which is why i moved oos).

Information, knowledge and mentor-ship in my opinion can't carry a price tag as they are priceless and almost impossible to put a value on the time savings, cost savings, mistakes not made and experience gained as a result. 

I have an interesting deal on the table to join a pretty significant multifamily syndication as a co-GP for 1,000+ units at a price tag of $130m+.
