I managed it with spreadsheets and notepad on my phone only and used no accounting software the most part.Would you guys find more use in a service that replaces hands quickly or just having an app on your phone and computer to manage your flip projects that's visually appealing and easy to scale with?

You can still find some great cottage style homes or even 2-4 units close to the beach that have great STR returns.One good thing about being out of state in IL is you can find a good Single family home, Condo, or Townhome and call it a Vacation home and only need 10% down. 

Unit 1- 3bd, 1 bath, Unit 2- 4bd, 2bath and ADU 2bd, 1 bath.I am eager to grow my portfolio and continue adding properties that I can add value to.
