Host with the Most!

ØNot generally, reviews are meant as a reflection of the host and the property, so usually you want to bring your own reviews in.Also, new listings often get priority on search results for some OTAs

I host one in my area of Richmond Virginia, and there are many more here.I'm sure there are a few groups in Jacksonville if you could make the trek.

Unfortunately, getting help is not often easy, even from your web host.

I host a virtual mastermind group and goal setting while keeping each other accountable is the cornerstone of why we exists.

If there are any specific questions your can easily ask the person who is hosting the event. 

@Joe Kim Large events like the Super Bowl turns everyone into an Airbnb host, there’s some unrealistic figures out there that have people thinking $8,000 a night for a standard house will fly just because of the event but I think you were priced just right.
