@Collin Savunen the general concerns of the majorIty of peIple about the health of Real Estate Industty are fueled by a couple of things in my opinion, appreciation of the assets and increasing interest rates, this will lead to fewer people buying and eventually everything will start coming down, some geographical areas more so than the other, hold your breath it’s coming.
