Thus payoneer is not as free&flexible as a conventional bank account, which kind of explains why US government allows people have such "restricted" accounts.

because you cant do both my friend. if this is you goal you should focus on your genre of real estate if you will. master one aspect at a time. i come here because the real deal type folks are here with advice. donald trump has those get rich quick real estate schemes if you want to take the class. lol. 550k and above are major numbers. study those duplexes and those like it in the area. do the numbers for 6 months or better. have fortitude to study and learn, then start looking. but then your a shark looking.
