What is a big lesson you've learned through your experiences?

I'm looking for experience here, we are ready to take on our first deal together but unsure how to structure it so we are both protected. 

But it sure feels like it might.Does anyone have experience with above mentioned company?

I never applied for a Unit that big and was wondering if I should try to get a loan (even though I don't get much income right now). and if how what is the process, is there a way to get the loan without putting money down, etc. the only reason I am asking this is I have no experience in this and it practically me jumping from one house to a 14-unit and am trying to figure out if this is a right move. 

I suggest to look for local meetups in your area, these can be a great way to meet other investors, share experiences, and learn from each other.

Additional bedrooms may or may not help if you already have 4-5 bedrooms. 

In brief i found it was plenty helpful for me to get started on my RAL journey and previously i posted about my experience in starting my own house in Scottsdale (a 10 bed/10 bath) facility.

I would consider it if the stays were a week or longer, but in my experience the difficulty of cleaning does not drastically go up after a few days, it is still the same work.
