I've been fortunate to have overall good tenants but a lot of that comes from either networking or extensive background checks.Although I am trying to reach FI sooner, but when my mortgages are paid off and with modest rising rents, I should be netting at least about $100,000 a year off of three doors when I am of retirement age.

I did a cash-out refi last summer on my primary residence and with values of homes continuing to rise I am curious if I can do a HELCO after a cash-out refi.I didn't take all the cash-out I could have as I was wanting to stay below a Jumbo on the cash-out thus resulting in remaining equity in my house. Thanks is advance for your guidance.
