Hi All,I have a house I want to sell for 1031 exchange but currently at the month of renew my rental agreement.

Looking for a business accountant in the Southwest suburb area of Chicago that knows about real estate investing regulations, business taxes, and 1031 exchanges etc.

I plan to add value and learn more about real estate and to provide insight on the tax laws surrounding real estate as well as financial planning. 

The more ways you know how to operate the higher your net income will be.Even inside the world of Airbnb, you can create 5 different modes:1) rent rooms,  2) rent rooms with kitchenettes, 3) rent rooms with dedicated bathrooms, 4) rent rooms with kitchenettes and dedicated bathrooms, 5) or rent the entire home.One of the big insights I've had is that furnishing a rental is the safety thing you can do. 

I know this is not what you are asking, but make sure you use a good reputable qualified intermediary when you do the 1031 exchange.

Are smaller banks willing to extend the fixed rate period in "exchange" for a shorter amortization schedule?

Don't mind losing some cashflow in exchange peace of mind or whatever.

I know several of you on here have taken various courses in Florida and was wondering if anyone can give any insight as to which one was good for you.
