this is super helpful. i attended a jet event some time ago and have been in contact with delvin. i may need to attend that monday event for some learning and resources. have you utilized these strategies in the past using hard money?

I am leaning towards buying a ticket and attending the event, but just wanted to confirm with some people who may have been before that it is in fact worth the $300?

Anyway now it has been 8 years, since we have visited but we are headed back in March!

That will depend on if we are able to find a financial partner to help with the cash needed so I'm not tying up all of my money in one project.
