Seems like a great community and I'm looking forward to meeting and working with others in similar situations.My first concern is with how hot the market continues to be all around my local area, along with the coming election and turmoil in the EU with Brexit, etc.  

I meant to post this yesterday since it was July 1st, it just means I'm one day closer right?!

The coming elections will also have a major impact which is yet to be seen.For now at least, maybe best to stay on course, but ease up a little so you can be nimble if the situation calls for it.One of the "universal constants" is change, ironically.David J Dachtera

@Mechelle Sanders  I think @Dion DePaoli  has given you chapter and verse on why what your posting and talking about just is not reality.. and its not meant at you personally you don't know the difference .. someone in the daisy chain is leading you on.. and your just repeating what they are telling you... not your fault.

I realize now that that's not what the book is meant to be but it's meant to inspire and open the mind to an unexplored avenue that can get you mentally focused beyond the rat race.

I think they will wait until after the US elections to make any big moves.

With elections around the corner there is a lot of talk around the Bay Area markets will either stabilize, values will decrease and or see barley any growth in future prices.

@Bill Gulley  I think you meant you will have 3 legal descriptions on ONE deed and ONE note then you have your partial release clause.. this is how we do it on our new construction deals when we have 10 to 30 lots on one loan... agreed take titel resell is the name of the game I FLA
