Regardless, when you meet with them you will form an opinion; are they pleasant, seem easy to deal with, do they keep the place in good order, etc, etc.

I have a few issues that I am getting large differences of opinions on.

Is real estate education and books works on all countries ?

I am not a CPA and do not provide any professional opinion on the tax matters, but from my best knowledge this is absolutely illegal and is considered a tax fraud, which is a crime.

If you want to invest in out of state, then you need to invest in time to find local people who would run the business for you.Finding house is easy part, but finding good and honest people is the harder in my opinion.
