I'm curious about a different perspective.

If I'm going to check out your building practices and quality control from a engineering perspective, I'd want to see your yard and examine what/how you're putting behind the finished walls by checking out several units in process.

@John Corey Does it adjust your perspective the fact that the remaining 60% of the condo units are owner occupied?

It's super helpful to get perspective and there are a variety of ways to be successful.
