I am approaching REI with a long term perspective and assuming I'm successful enough at it and enjoy it enough to progress, I'd eventually like to amass a large enough portfolio to make managing and developing it a full time endeavor.

I would like to start out in smaller units and eventually and up to increase cashflow and networth.

The plan here is for me to buy my aunt out and eventually mom will gift me the home. maybe i should have said this in beginging as this may change things.
