I am often reminded that a goal without a plan is just a dream.

Based on everybody's feedback, I am definitely trying to put more weight on that "burden" so I don't get blinded by the numbers and miss something more qualitative.

I am in desperate need of guidance to make my dream come true.

I have also seen a couple of your recent YouTube episodes of “Dream Investor Adventure” and that has been a cool straightforward example of someone starting.

And with that my dreams of owning real estate send to have died with him.

With that said sometime you have to take chances for your dreams. 

This friend and I have always talked about starting a business together and my recent fervor for real estate investing as sparked the opportunity to make our dreams a reality.
