I found the best solution is to create an import template in Excel with pre-populated descriptions for the recurring transactions (rents, garbage, landscaping, pest control, etc.) and import it into Xero and then manually key the non-recurring transactions (primarily repairs).

If the properties are adjacent, connected, yes, just include both legal descriptions saying lot 16 AND lot 17 for example.

I am thanking about buy some land at a Oklahoma tax sale. this deed has a irs lien and a large otc warrant. on my deed search It says that this lien and warrant in the legal description it say no land the irs lien was put on in 2010 had to be refilling was on 4/1/19 and warrant was put on 2009, what i would l like to know is this, will these be on the mobile home that is on the property is it on me to pay and what the worst thing that could happen one other willed buy it
