Hey everyone I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself.

Hi Biggerpockets Team,I hate writing, hearing or reading about anything like this subject but my Licensed contractor abandoned my project.This guy was a referral from a co worker (her husband) and my due diligence showed nothing negative.He has stopped all communications with me and I am starting to unravel everything and get moving to finalize my project as an owner builder and I am finding that he did not do a lot of things.

We have been watching the trend.. some flips have gone smoothly i.e. remodeled in 3-4 months while others take 1+ year and involve multiple stop order notices.

Meh I’d probably keep the 5.75 and stop over thinking.

Which system is better out of flipster by Jerry norton or propelio and is there a system better that is a “one stop” shop?

If rent is unaffordable in Portland, people would eventually stop moving there and the market would correct itself.

It almost immediately becomes obvious why the family needs the assistance of a caseworker to be housed.So the caseworker first spoke with the family, and they apparently said they would stop using the space heaters, but would not get rid of the extra tenant (Grandma) .
