They where just to far upside down, they had paid pre crash pricing for the development and now they are selling at post crash pricing.I pointed at the main partner who is a 70+ yo man with high moral values.

If you were to cancel the insurance (just to take that out of the equation) and then got in a crash and totaled the car, you couldn't just give the car back to the bank and say you didn't owe the money anymore.

Hi James,I'm in it for the cash flow from day one for different reasons.After experiencing the market crash of 2008, I decided that banking on appreciation wouldn't work for me.I found the cap rate to be higher on some markets where appreciation is not expected and lower where appreciation is expected.
