Want to incorporate court house buying into my scheme of things.

After I dropped him off at college, I went for a massive rehab project across the country, relocating for a couple of years (at least).  

The way this country is going your going to need to be rich to be comfortable.

@Jim Keller  yes people get far to wrapped up in the homes  emotionaly   ... two stick out for me when I was buying court house steps props.1. 

Magistrate and State Courts have no jurisdiction to hear a dispute over equity in Georgia, and the suit would have to be done as a suit in partition/ejectment in Superior Court, and you're looking at 12 months of litigation, rather than a couple of weeks. 

Not sure what kind of auction you are attending like a court house step one, estate or online, but maybe I can give a little help by what I have done. 

I have read several posts from investors who are in one part of the country buying rental (buy and hold) property in another state / area of the country.

You can both put that in writing and sign it, but it will never stand up in court because it's not legal to just give kids away and it's an unreasonable penalty. 

Thankfully the IL supreme court would shoot this down if it somehow passed in any part of the state. 

Thanks don't believe courts are taking  on evictions right now in MA so I will tell her about finding a collection agency.
