I looked into all methods of note buying, etc. and just could not find a consistent way to crack the lenders to obtain notes in batches less than about $5M face value.Lots of note gurus preach diff ways but you end up with real piecemeal portfolios and it just didn't seem like it could be done consistently without alot of hassle.The other issue that arises (and might arise with Gabrielle's deals) is that just being first lien position is not good enough.
