When you repair and resell your investment mobile home you may be competing against other sellers depending on how they are selling and the condition of their homes. 

any type (office, retail, apts, industrial, a few acres of land on the corner, etc), any condition even if there are no windows.  

It seems to me you take the hit now or over the new few months waiting for the eviction to process, for them to actually leave, and repair the unit as I'm sure it at least needs some heavy cleaning from the description of the living conditions provided.Good luck!

The charming bungalow style 2-family is in excellent condition and needs no work.

It seems to be very well maintained and in really good condition.

It is our job to analyze the market and take advantage of the best opportunities that it presents......if you lock yourself into one type of investment (buy and hold, lets say), then you do yourself a disservice by also locking yourself into a specific geographic region that doesn't necessarily present the proper conditions for that type of investment to thrive.

He could claim it was in that condition when he rented it . 

But I don't know the size of the property or the condition.
