If you bring a camera you can save a ton of time by taking pictures of the documents and sorting through them later and inputting the data onto a spreadsheet. 

As you grow, if you get into larger and more complex real estate transactions, you will DEFINITELY want to have experts on your team.

It's a complex topic, you can definitely learn more about the basics from YouTube videos.
