Here are a few of my questions:- How much money should I save up before starting to invest in properties- Is there a market that would be best for someone such as myself, or is it just personal preference- Do I need to hire people such as agents, contractors, property managers, etc. or will that all be later on once i build up my portfolio- When is the best time to begin purchasing?

Should we try to get in contact with the agent/company that issued the policy directly to get some clarification?

I have heard of a company that I am drawing a blank on that will pay you for a piece of the equity.

My company buys a ton of houses in Huntsville.

I haven't found any companies that reimburse/pay for courses and license. 

I listed my home for rent and after 30+ days of reviews and home tours signed a lease on 3/30 with an individual who met my preferences for financial/credit history but could not move in until end of May.

I would also be grateful for any investor friendly title company referrals.

Meaning get a Architect to draw up the plans, have a company that's insured to do the dig out and place the pluming, etc.. and I can put he flooring, kitchen and bath in myself.Thanks again

The mtg is terminated by “operation of law”….any title company searching the title finds this, it is not an issue at all.

Look for a company with experience, good communication, financial stability, and tech skills.
