They all seem to have this air about them like they are better than you and almost shun you as funny as that may sound. fortunately I'm comfortable in any situation and i just see it as a speed bump and not a game killer.

I have also owned rentals in Orange County, LA County and Riverside County during my investment career.When I say write down what you want, I am talking about potential income, potential appreciation, types of properties you feel comfortable owning, areas you would want to own in, and on and on.

You can buy coverage on your own if your not comfortable with the coverages provided by the Keller Williams policy but the odds are that it will be significantly higher.
