The issues I face are that the SFH that i buy are in a college town where they are rented out per room as opposed to a local family for less.

Client facing portals including for our residents will be well beyond anything that is provided today by 3rd party vendors. 

Convincing her that it is not the same as going to the casino and betting on slots had been a challenge.

I think they just started doing their notices through face book so you can search REVIN on face book to find them. 

This makes investing in multiple income properties  challenging for investors without a lot of cash. 

Your challenge will be convincing this type of agent that you are a serious investor and that working with you will be a good use of their time.
