What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I hope you know I mean 'stalking' lightly but I fear of missing a deal so I don't want to waste any opportunity to build a relationship wight the buyer.

Hey BP, currently working on wrapping up a novation deal in Sacramento.

We are currently paying $2,800 per month for a 3 bed, 3 bath home, which is a steal of a deal from our standpoint since most other homes in the area are going for $3,500 per month plus.

buying property is a huge deal - it has to be worth a couple trips. 

I would like to make a business out of it, but how is it scalable?

I feel like the first option would likely occur, but I also feel like that's bad business for me and would be worried the renter would leave a bad review because of it, and thus possibly make it harder to rent.

There are numerous state and federal laws related to buying and selling mortgage notes as well as originating mortgages/contract for deeds etc.You have Dodd Frank as well as numerous other consumer protection laws that you have to deal with.
