I might be getting burned by this... so stressful 

I typically use that as it's a "worst case scenario" coverage for me in case the house burns down because I know I have the money to rebuild. 

The important thing about renter's insurance is that when your tenant has a guest who comes over and spills boiling water from the stove on their hand and gets 3rd degree burns and now can't work for a month after an expensive hospital visit, who do you think they are going to come after for some money???

Lying may help you get the next deal but you can burn bridges and hurt your networking abilities and also find yourself in legal trouble.

Addressing the problems is like trying to put out small individual fires in a forest that is burning.

Get burned a few times in the stock market and then ask yourself if you really want to leave your money in. 

@Damien Papillo, Do you want to hear the hard truth from someone that has been in this business for almost 19 years, teaches people how to use this strategy and got burned again and again and again? 

@Tina PhWow quite a few negative people replying. they mwy have gotten burned by some bad trainers in seminars out there!

And I don't want to burn the deal, just being the devil's advocate here to make sure you covered your bases.Hope it works out!

Don't wing it and get burned...there's a lot of folks out there who enter into contracts every day with no intent of ever closing - nor can they financially do so.
