This is my first post on bigger pockets though I've browsed the blog a lot and have read one of Brandon's books and will likely read more.

Is it prudent to add a walk in shower in the bigger bathroom and remove the tub?

Never calculate hoping for appreciation - that's the cherry on top.The thing is, when we feel the squeeze in the RE strategy we practice, it is definitely time to step back and look at the bigger picture.
