Bigger lenders tend to work by their own book.

I have been reading this website for a while now trying to learn about RE and I want to start wholesaling before moving into bigger things.

I would love to promote in a bigger way but I don't have the 'biggerpockets' needed just yet.

Just wanted to let you know that if you want I'll throw people your way that are tired of the country living if you throw some my way that are looking forward to a bigger surrounding.

That is unless the loan is through one of the bigger lenders (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc.).

I'll let you catch up on the Fillmore Lofts deal.And I am well versed on the dealings of the bigger owners in downtown, how a few families are tied in, and who handles the publicly listed properties.

I've got a friend in the business, who doesn't really cut me any breaks, he knows he can "slip" my job if a bigger one comes up, and most important he doesn't have to charge me the FULL SLAB, as long as I use a very common granite!
