It is nuts.Other answers are"being able to lift up my daughter and swing her around".For "fun" lay down on the floor, and try to crawl up and into your bed without using your legs.

Additionally, one page has an extra place to initial that confirms that the tenants has received certain addendums (lead paint, bed bugs, etc) that I am legally required to provide.I also make it very clear to them that I will follow all the provisions in the lease and I expect them to follow all the provisions in the lease, so they better have read the thing in its entirety.

For each sale and each rental, I'd document #beds, #baths, sqft, sale price / monthly rent, whether it was an apartment/house/duplex, and then take some notes on the condition/style.
