It is a real nuisance, and presently we removed roof top ACs from empty buildings and store them. in secure places They even tried to steal live wires in one of our buildings, and gave up after realizing they might get electrocuted and die!

Go to a good paint supply store, ask for a representative to give you 5 names of people who do things regularly and ask for someone who is not really busy, give them a timeline, let the rep color advice you.

You cannot scale a business using these types of approaches.Now I have them give me a list each week on Friday, I approve of the list, email it to a store manager, and have my employees pick up their items at the store to take to the job site.

The problems I've had with these ambitions is either too much risk and not enough reward (Opening a computer repair store) or risking missing out on an opportunity because of lack of experience or not enough education (Becoming a VP, since currently all I have to offer education wise are books that I've read and a high school diploma.
