The amount of hours it takes to complete a particular project can vary greatly based on how efficient a person is at a particular task and how many corners are cut.

Selling or buying a commercial property is really difficult task.

For example, managing 20 different rentals with 20 different locations is no easy managerial task even with paid property management.

I also really like the workflows embedded so you can assign tasks and keep track of deliverables per person, per project.  

I have conflicting emotions to this topic.on one hand, I am afraid that just using @Jay Hinrichs approach of a large umbrella policy will leave you at the whim of an insurance company who will just walk away when you get sued.on the other hand, finding a lender to lend to a trust seems like a tough task.

I suggest that you do your due diligence to find a reputable self-directed IRA/401k service provider who can handle this task for you.

Regrettably most landlords are not willing to help or protect other landlords so your task is made difficult.

Its minimal work on their part.Why spend your time learning a task that is not needed to close a deal when it can be sourced from someone who does it better?
