Two Points: 1: Bigger Pockets does not "pride itself" on being anti guru.

So called Gurus and Mentors are a whole entire scam at this point.

Too specialized, oxygen, electrical, plumbing, lead covered walls behind sheetrock, anti-static floor, air filtration, the list goes on.

If they come back with a lower price after the inspection, I'm calling other agents that recently showed the house to see if their buyers are interested.I'm not "anti-inspection".

It doesn't absolve us of any of the general solicitation or anti-fraud stuff in the laws though.

I just saw this thread on a similar discussion and wanted to share that foreign scam operators are posting identical ads and directing the callers to them where they do a collect credit cards for background checks and deposits.

But what about the 295 people who called and I made an idiot of myself and sounded like I was trying to spin some scam?
