I am having a hard time finding many resources that describe how to get data to make informed decisions and how to analyze a deal.

I in VA but not familiar with that market, but just wanted to chime in to say a purchase price of $380K to achieve a $2K rent is terrible.

Data centers seem like a good idea but will companies that store lots of data rent from me and if so how do I find/attract these companies to my data center?

@Ashok BhupathirajuJust because you can do something doesn't mean that you should do it.I think you should mention what you are trying to accomplish and we can determine if the steps you are taking are achieving your goal.What benefit are you obtaining by having items run through the LLC while the property is in your personal name.You should consult with an attorney but you will likely be named in a suit if something bad happens just because the title is in your name.

Like most people I want to achieve financial freedom.

Use Zillow and rentometer.com to get data and analyze a few from your home to see what type if returns there are.If these meet your investment criteria then start looking in person. 

Online ressources like rentometer or even zollow will use an algorithm to calcuate rent, but the algortithm is only as good as the data you put in.
