Good day,Im in the Atlanta market and was wondering if an investor could recommend a bank (or banks) that do 1 or both of the following:- Investor loans for hold properties- Cash out loansAny and all knowledge is truly appreciated!

Go into a branch of 1st Bank.

My job is transferable, I have already spoke with several banks and finally found one I like.

I did not go to other banks because we have a good relationship with this local bank.

But I've heard about shortcomings of that site like if you are the winning bidder and the amount doesn't meet the price the bank is looking for, they won't sell it to you. 

So cold call your local banks and explain what you want to do with the loan officer us my advice.

Offer the seller interest and terms that might be attractive to them, and they may offer to be the bank for you! 

Or the investor could buy the property, refinance it and hold the note with the bank while transferring ownership over to me?
