After college, I had a high-tech full-time job, and two part-time side jobs, worked 60 to 70 hours every week for 12 years to 14 years, didn’t have much social life due to busy working hours, then saved enough capital for down payments to start the real estate game.

I’m not a realitor but I have refrained from posting sfh deals I see on my website or social media.

Someone like the Hummer guy I'd check out on social media too--he does sound rather illegal-income-ish. 

Social and sales skills.

Spend ALL of your free time educating yourself, erase the social media apps from your phone and live on BP, podcasts etc. 

I got a call yesterday from social services for a tenant regarding this program.

People like to get out, socialize, and consume; so, there will always be a market for it.

Here in Denver, we have meetups that are just for networking/socializing. 

I make a descent middle class wage, fund a 401k, a ROTH IRA, as well as expect social security to come in.All in all, after doing some finical calculations based on projected earnings and average retirement account/401k growth over the next 30 years, I should actually have a healthy retirement.

I just want to be a social butterfly in Real Estate, I am looking to learn all that I can and make real life changing money along the way.
