In my humble opinion, Wholesalers that have to include non-refundable deposit language aren't very confident of their proposed numbers and are trying to take advantage of the newbies promised riches by flipping gurus.

If these spaces are above a wood or metal framed floor level then the temperature difference will not be noticeable.Personally, I really prefer stained, sealed concrete floors as they provide a rich texture to the existing concrete that you really have a hard time achieving with flooring and it wears better than any other material.Chad Conrad

I have been reading the site and other real estate blogs (123 flip, etc.) and I have read the Complete BiggerPockets guide as well as Rich Dad, Poor Dad so I am accruing some knowledge.

I have never posted anything in a forum telling anyone to invest with me and they will become rich.

Hey I need help on where to start in real estate, I been reading books including rich dad poor dad the one book that catch my attention and motivate me on start searching on real estate, I want to know what should I do next, what should be my first step?

We have spent a good amount of time living in Russia, China, Singapore, Mexico, Israel, Houston, Pittsburgh, and New Orleans in the last year (My picture is from Omsk, Russia last Oct…I thought Chicago winters were cold).
