The biggest issue for our latest reno was getting an electrician. we had 5 total with the last one doing finally doing most of the work.

I was excited to finally meet @Joe Splitrock and @David Pere who I had known for many years online, but had not had the chance to meet them in person til this event.

New Update:The appraisal is finally back and it came in at 10k over asking so...

The plumbing below my sink was improperly done leading to painfully slow drainage (takes days for the final inch of water to leave).
