It sounds like the POF isn't worth the paper it is printed on and explains the tone of the rest of the thread.

They print it out of thin air to keep their currency low so they can dump their goods on the world market for cheap and keep the factories turning.  

They are a 'hold your nose and buy' purchase, because buyers value them, and sometimes they make a house sell more quickly.Don't forget to read about all the exclusions in the pages of fine print.

You need to learn all prints.
