I’m currently a student and a Nurse at the Same time I’m thinking about borrowing student loans as a down payment for the property.

Is the property close to any major hospitals, universities, etc. which could make it attractive to traveling professionals such as nurses or academics?  

Basically my mother is loaning me 37k at 2percent.

This tenant has leased the unit for 2-3 yrs, her mother lives down the street, and until she inherits that home, then she says she loves living in our apartment complex and has no plan to leave.
